To achieve the best results for your custom wig, please follow these preparation steps before sending in your hair.

1. Hair & Lace Must Be Clean

• If you're providing used bundles, closure, or frontal, they must be freshly washed and completely free of product buildup, oils, or glue residue.
• If you’re providing new bundles and lace, they should also be washed before sending, as this ensures the best results.

2. Washing Option Available (New Hair Only)

We can wash new bundles, closure, and frontal for you at an additional charge.

Washing new hair is highly recommended as it helps remove any factory coatings, chemicals, or residues that may be present. This ensures the hair is in its most natural state, making it easier to work with and providing the best results for your custom wig.

3. Hair Quality Matters

• We only accept 100% human hair—no synthetic blends.
• Hair must be in good condition—free from excessive shedding, tangling, or damage.
• If the lace has been previously used, ensure it's not overly thinned, ripped, or balding, as this can affect the final result.
• If the hair quality does not meet our standards upon arrival, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.

4. Secure Packaging

• Ensure all hair is fully dry before packing.
• Place bundles and lace in a sealed bag to keep them clean and tangle-free during transit.

Wig Sizing Guide:
To find your perfect wig size, use the chart below and follow these simple steps:

Equipment Needed:

• Soft tape measure
• Mirror
• Pen and paper

How to Measure:

1. Circumference: Measure around the fullest part of your head (from forehead to nape).
2. Front to Nape: Measure from your hairline to the nape of your neck.
3. Ear to Ear: Measure across the top of your head from ear to ear.

Size Chart:

• Small: 21–21.5 inches
• Medium: 22–22.5 inches
• Large: 23–23.5 inches

Once measured, refer to the chart to select your size.

Bundle Recommendations for Your Custom Wig

To create a full and natural look for your custom wig, we recommend the following number of bundles based on your desired hair length:

• 14–16 inches: 3 bundles
• 18–22 inches: 3-4 bundles
• 24–26 inches: 3–4 bundles
• 28 inches and above: 4+ bundles

To maintain the longevity and natural appearance of your wig, follow these simple care tips:

• Wash with Care: Use sulphate-free, gentle shampoo and conditioner to cleanse your wig. Avoid heavy products that can weigh down the hair.
• Detangle Gently: Always detangle your wig with a wide-tooth comb or wig brush, starting from the ends and working your way up to prevent shedding.
• Protect While Sleeping: Store your wig on a stand or mannequin head to keep its shape. Use a silk or satin scarf if you plan to wear it while sleeping.

Custom wigs order-please allow 7 to 10 days for virgin hair and 7-20days for a RAW hair. Once your hair have arrived, we will begin your custom order,An additional 7-10 working days is needed for your custom wig to be completed.

Ready to ship wigs-we aim to ship these out 1 to 2 working days once payment is cleared.

Accessories-we aim to ship. These 1 to 2 working days once payment is cleared.

Courses-once your deposit is paid and cleared, you will receive a form to fill out to a arrange time and date which will  be allocated to you.

Orders  will process 3 to 5 working days after payment is clear (using PayPal or any third-party payment) or  2 to 3 working days after bank payment.

All UK orders will be sent via Royal mail first class signed for delivery,

international shipping will be sent  via DHL, FedEx or parcel force signed for delivery
