Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

Welcome to Elegance by Angie Hair Collection (EBA)! We are proud of our high-quality products and services. To ensure you have the best experience, please review our returns, exchanges, and refunds policy below.

Wigs

Due to hygiene reasons, all wig sales are final. There are no exchanges or refunds. Please ensure you provide accurate head measurements using the chart available on our website.

For custom orders, you have 24 hours after purchasing to cancel your order. After this period, the process of ordering the products will have already started, and the order cannot be cancelled.  Please double-check that all information is correct before purchasing.

For ready-to-wear wigs, make sure you have your correct measurements.

If you have any issues with your wig order, please email us at ebahaircollection@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your goods so we can assist you.

Custom Colour Orders

For custom colour orders, please ensure all details provided are accurate. You have 24 hours after purchasing to cancel your order. After this period, the customization process will begin, and the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. 

If you have any issues with your custom colour order, please email us at ebahaircollection@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your goods so we can assist you.

Bundles, Closures & Frontals

You have up to 14 days from receiving your order to inform us of any issues with your bundles, closures, or frontals.

Returns are only accepted if the product is in its original state: unopened, uncoloured, and unused.

All closures and frontals should have uncut lace, not be bleached, unused, and not tampered with.

You are responsible for the postage costs to return your item to us. Please notify us immediately if you encounter any issues by emailing ebahaircollection@gmail.com. If your product is used, opened, coloured, or tampered with, returns or refunds will not be accepted. Once we receive your returned order, we will make a decision within 2 working days.

Accessories

Unfortunately, there are no refunds or returns for these items.

Courses/Digital Products

Courses and digital products are non-refundable. Please read the course and product descriptions carefully before making a payment.

 

Additionally, a verification form must be completed within 24 hours of purchase; failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your order.
